There are so few members, other than in the London area that unless you are in London, or visit there a lot, it is not worth joining. The membership does not justify itself to anyone other than a Londoner. Even then, I doubt it is worth it. Many use it are in a relationship, so it might be okay if you are part of a couple. It's not for sex meets and it is not tolerated. I don't see the purpose of the site, but get the impression it is just used as a networking tool for gay businesses and the so-called non-existent "community". It was more lively when it began in 1995, for the first few years or so, but once Gaydar came along it died a slow painful death. The site founder "snoboarder" seems to lack the vision or skills to take this site anywhere. Just pointless!
In summary, I would not recommend OUT Everywhere to a friend.
