Out Personals is good for finding someone close to you, but there's some flaws with them. If you go into one of the chatrooms, and say there be like 30 people chatting, only a small few may actually talk to you (if they talk to you at all) but quite a few of the members in the chatroom are kind of stuck up acting. But if you get lucky and want to talk to a guy on there, be careful about how you give out your personal email address on there! Out personals say they prefer you give personal contact info on their instant messenger. Okay, I have done that a few times, but yet they banned me! How can you ban somebody for what you prefer them to do? I've had some heated arguements with the administrators on there because of this. I even told them that their system was messed up, because one day I was talking to someone on the instant messenger on there, and all of a sudden, a message pops up saying that the person declines to view my webcam-and I was on a computer that didn't have a webcam!
