There is no way to block profiles or restrict your information. there is a block option, if youre not a paying member it wont work.
blocking a person does not seem to restrict their access to your page, only their ability to message you.
there is no direct contact to admin or even an email. only a help page with suggestions.
this site is extremely unsafe for its users.
In summary, I would not recommend Recon to a friend.
