Seems like a waste of time

I joined the site two weeks ago, the first time I have tried a dating website. I decided that this wasn't "my thing", but have been unable to cancel my profile. The site's "Delete" function does not work, and repeated emails to the Support staff have gone unanswered. Meanwhile, my picture is still there along with my personal information. Given the poor customer service it is not likely that I will be back to OneGoodLove if I decide to try such a site in the future. In summary, I would not recommend One Good Love to a friend.
